Tatiana

Tatiana Negron owner and founder of New Jersey Billing Solutions since 2020. Has over 19 years of extensive background in medical billing. Starting with reviewing insurance coverage for corporate employees to billing insurance for durable medical supplies and cardiology. Tatiana found her passion for mental health billing when she held the position of billing manager for a rapidly growing mental health practice and the head of billing and finance for a large mental health clinic.

 
Tatiana has experience with starting profitable mental health practices for new practice owners and financially growing well established practices. Her passion is also guiding mental health practices to becoming successful in both clinical and administrative departments.
 
Tatiana spends her free time with her college aged son and her very active yorkie Apollo. Tatiana also has a love for travelling to a different Caribbean islands to experience their food and beautiful beaches.
 
She has started New Jersey Billing Solutions as a one stop shop for mental help providers. She saw a need to give a hands-on guide to the business end of running a private practice.  

Rebecca

Rebecca serves as the Office and Operations Manager at New Jersey Billing Solutions. With over 8 years of experience in administration and 7 years in supervisory and management roles, Rebecca excels in supporting her team and addressing the needs of clients.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their pets—a dog and two cats. Her interests include cooking, biking, and traveling.
 
Rebecca is deeply passionate about her role at New Jersey Billing Solutions and is committed to navigating and overcoming any challenges with enthusiasm and dedication.

Brittany

“Brittany has over seven years of experience in medical billing and healthcare administration. She began her career as a receptionist at a chiropractic office, where she became interested in the behind-the-scenes work. She enjoys helping patients and providers navigate the billing process easily. When she’s not working, Brittany enjoys spending time outside with her family, taking walks with her dog, and relaxing at the beach.”

Erica

As an Account Manager at NJ Billing Solutions, I handle a wide range of billing tasks for providers, including verifying insurance benefits, processing claims, managing denials, resolving disputes, and assisting with scheduling. I also draw on my extensive customer service experience and strong communication skills to work closely with patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs—a standard poodle and a Boston Terrier/French Bulldog mix—and training for races ranging from 5Ks to marathons. I’m proud to have completed the NYC Marathon in 2023.

Nicole

My name is Nicole, and I am a mother to three amazing children. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have always been interested in the mental health field. I have been a medical biller for two years. I started my billing career working at a Neuropsychologist office and found it very interesting how diverse the field is. I like that everyday is different and there are always challenges to complete.

Janeska

Barbara brings over 20 years of experience in medical billing, supported by a deep understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle management. She studied nursing in college with a minor in psychology, which provided valuable insight into both clinical care and patient behavior. Throughout her career, Barbara has held a variety of billing roles, including Billing Director, where she supported teams, improved billing processes, and ensured compliance with ever-evolving healthcare regulations. By combining her clinical education with extensive billing expertise, she effectively bridges the gap between patient care and administrative efficiency.

 

 

 

 

 

Tawny brings eight years of experience in medical billing and healthcare operations to New Jersey Billing Solutions. She specializes in claims management, insurance verification, and denial resolution, with a strong focus on supporting mental health providers and their patients.

Before joining New Jersey Billing Solutions, Tawny held both billing and administrative roles at a large mental health clinic. In addition to managing billing functions, she assisted patients with payment plans and helped them better understand their insurance benefits. This experience strengthened her passion for helping providers reduce administrative burdens so they can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Outside of work, Tawny enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, as well as reading and crafting. She is proud to support New Jersey Billing Solutions’ mission of simplifying billing and empowering healthcare practices.

 

 

 

Jenna is the Billing Assistant for New Jersey Billing Solutions and a proud mother to one daughter, bringing over nine years of experience in medical billing and administrative operations. She began her career as a medical receptionist and biller in a primary care office, where she developed a deep understanding of internal billing workflows and practice operations. Outside of work, Jenna values spending quality time with her family.
